Daniel Padilla mania in National Bookstore Cubao Superbranch…

Nakakatawa lang. Si Daniel may sarili na rin siyang magazine!?

  1. I personally don’t believe in Daniel Padilla’s hype. For me, kapag kumakanta, para naiipit siya at trying-hard. I agree with Roxy thought, he can’t match rin ang singing stars na ka-peer niya such as Julie Ann San Jose at Elmo Magalona. He should focus on acting instead.

    • I do agree with you. He’s like he wanna take a sh*t while performing. And parang nakaka-BV when you hear his rendition of Teeth’s “Prinsesa”.

  2. @ Kat Viola and MSP:

True enough. Yung mga nakapanabayan niyang nakareceive ng OPM Youth Ambassador Award walang kaproble-problema sa stage presence and the way they present themselves in Music Videos. Yeng is not my ultimate fave. Panky Trinidad and JR Siaboc are my faves during 2006 PDA days. as a matter of fact, I even got into terms na “what happened to Yeng” kasi nung kelangan niyang kumanta ng mga ni-rerevive na kanta, and hindi ko nagustuhan ‘yung cover niya ng “Banal na Aso, Santong Kabayo”, but I still do not question Yeng’s talent.

If she is not with Star Records, she has more chances on being experimental.

I am not blabbing about Julie Anne simply because I am Kapuso. However, she is worthy to being OPM Youth Ambassador. Magaling naman kumanta yung bata, and she even composed at least 1 song. x4 platinum pa

No question on Abra being OPM Youth Ambassador. Hindi man platinum ang certification kay Abra, he has his recording company of his own (Artifice Records), just that Ivory Records is his distributor of his CDs. He even compose his own songs, and exceptional in wit and delivery in rapping. Yeah, Abra is no doubt good looking, but he knows he is not in music industry or even Fliptop battles just to showcase his good looks.

[Side Note: If you girls are going to explore more on Fliptop and Sunugan Rap Battles and get to know the participants, check their Facebook, you will definitely know about them. There are rappistas who are either reached College level or graduated from College. Anygma is Philosophy grad (pre-divinity track) from ADMU. BLKD (pronounced balakid) is UP grad and aktibista pa siya.
There are participants I know who are in their college or just in college level, such as Shehyee, 2Khelle (apparently the most hated rappista in Fliptop), Nico, Target etc.

True enough. Ditto with her cover version of Banal na Aso. It does not suit her vocal power and at the same time her singing style. It’s so so so not her at all.
